Payment term and delivery period:

l The contract would take effect when the Seller accepts deposit (40% total value) from the Buyer.

l The buyer shall pay 60% of total value by T/T to seller when the Buyer receives faxes of shipping documents from the Seller. And then the Seller send original shipping documents to the Buyer by EMS.

l The Seller should deliver this machine within 40 days after this contract takes effect.

Installation and service conditions:

l The Seller should dispatch a technician to install and adjust the machine at Buyers workshop.

l And the Buyer should afford return airline tickets and board and lodging for Sellers technician during he stays in

l The normal installation period would be about 20 working days. In case installation period must exceed 20 days, the Buyer shall pay 25 $ /day as salary to Sellers technician.

The guarantee period will be 12 months from the day the Seller delivers this machine to Buyer.
